Add-a-leafs suck
Can't see anything wrong with those springs in the picture.

Looks ok. AAL isn't something i'd recommend.
If you want lift go for Llama springs, YJs or RUF and rascal rears.

Ahhhh everyone knocks add a leaf but it kept my knackered springs working for 4 years or so!
I would only recommend using add a leaves if your springs are knackered anyway, but they again its a fine line of how knackered they can be!
If they are really bad, the springs can end up bending around the ends of the add a leaf.
Mine obviously weren't so bad as they were in there for years, and in the end it was the add a leaf that snapped, not the regular springs!
I only put the add a leaves in cos they were a free way of fitting my bargain tyres on... if you can afford it, get proper lift springs! Can't recommend Llama 4x4 springs enough, mine are really comfy compared to standard springs! Although, I have heard that their heavy duty springs are way too rigid... I went for standard thickness leaves
