SJ 410 front springs ok or last legs

Could someone please tell me if these springs are ok or past it. as in pic you can see they are flat , just starting to bend wrong way , or is that normal and ok to live with for now.
Rears are fine.
Need to know as thinking about puting new bushes in each end as 27 yr old rubber probably not the best for handling
what do you think guys ?

Deader than deep fried duck.
Looks like the main springs are starting to sag over the bottom spring to me.
