...or does every body have the same appalling luck as me ?

I bought a Chris Boardman Road Race bike last Monday from halfords.,they had to ship one in as i wanted extra large ,it was supposed to be here on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went.,i phoned Thursday and asked what was going on and they told me head office had ran out of extra large bikes.
Now why oh why did they sell me one eh

Im going down there this morning and im going to make the manatger squirm!

What a nightmare, I bet you were looking forward to using it this weekend. Halfords are bloody useless these days, just seems to be run by kids.
Hope you get it sorted.

Cheers,i will,they have till the end of today to give me a definate delivery date or ill have my money back and have to do the London To Brighton on my mountain bike.

one ass kicking later and my new bike is being couriered down from up north via TNT.

Explain to me how a customer can get it sorted with no hassle by speaking direct to the shop up north and then the shop down south and hey Presto daddy gets his bike.

If you want a job done well,do it yourself!
