Remove or add springs with RUF??

Finally got round to putting my raskle rears and RUF on the sj. Havent got round to flexing them up yet, but ive hurd somewhere u need to remove and add leafs etc to make it flex like mad 
To save removing them and refitting 100's of times does anyone know the best spring combo to get max flex? Thx
