alright guys
looking a turf and the wiring is a right mess, so i'm thinking off ripping it all out and starting again.
so the question is what wires dose the engine need to start and run?
live to the coil, live to the starter pluss trigger wire from a switch wire from the alternator?
not sure on the dizzy do these have points? or electric ign?

what one is it? a 410 will have points, a 413 doesn't. i think the 413 dizzy is just a little sensor that does the same job as points though so its similar to wire up. someone here will know:)

I scribbled this out before for a 413, its up to you if you want the oil pressure and 4wd light.
The 410 will be a little different as it has a wire bypassing the 410 ballast resistor.

The alternator wiring may be different if you have a early 410 with the voltage regulator not built in.

That just amused me. I love the fact you even went away and made the lines thicker and colour coded. Must have been a particularly boring part of the day when you found time to do that.
I'm sure you deserve a special tag line Darrell for all your diagrams and drawings you do for us.
