Thinking Of Putting Sammi Axles On My 410 Can I use My Existing Tie Rod Or Not?

The tie bar between the two swivels is different on the 410.
You will need a samurai one. If you dont have on I have one available.

You could but technically it should be an MOT fail as you are not allowed to re-weld or apply excessive heat to steering components.

And you would need to extend the drag link.
