Help please High CO emmission from G16A 8v single EFI

Post by npjrogers@btinternet.com » Mon Apr 01, 2013 8:19 pm

My CO IS 3.56 percent and an MOT fail. Pass would be 3.50 percent. My minimum idle seems to be 1000rpm. PCV is clean. What would be the most likely cause of my High CO?

I believe a vacuum leak is often responsible for high idle and CO.

I assume the check light is not on.

Rhinoman has an identical Vit to me so I would love to hear his thoughts. I suspect a vacuum leak also.
