Thanks! My plan was to rubberise the floor and doors by bonding thin(ish) rubber matting to the floor (having sealed it). This would then be my "offroading" floor. Then make sound deadening fit using velcro so it can be pulled out easily for offroading, then a layer of carpet bonded to the sound deadening material.
If I do something like that, it'll be a while in the future though. I am, however, being slowly civilised by the gf...

okay, that sound so overly complicated, I almost can't believe it 
glueing rubber will almost certainly end in grief, glueing down sound deadening will be much better, and you won't even need a rubber mat over top of it (if you use the non-aluminium backed stuff that is, same as what the suzi's had factory). install some push buttons on the floor so you can just click in your mats, and pull them out when you go offroading, would work much better I think, no trouble with water staying everywhere, and no velcro to fill up with crap to then turn useless

You'd be amazed how quiet Piglet6 is inside now that the rubber carpets are in. Huge difference...I can actually hear the stereo...

so I've painted the inside of the bulkhead, as well as the dash and transmission tunnel, hopefully get the rest of the inside floor painted over the long weekend, so I start putting the interior back in.
I need to shift all of my stuff in two weeks time, as me and my brothers bought a farm, and two of us are going to live out there, no internet out there though! it will just mean more time to spend on the suzuki, as we want to be using it on the farm, good times coming

it's pretty steep in some places, will certainly test the zuk, I'll just have to watch I don't roll it, I'll e back to square one if I do!

finally some progress, managed to paint the inside floor today, so I can start putting the dash etc back in, already have put the dash bar, pedal box, steering and one seat back in, looking loads better now!
also picked this beauty up for very little money, yamaha ag100 2 stroke farm bike
