is there a direct replacement alternator for my 99 1.6 vitara.
i intend getting a winch and extra battery and i would be happier with a bigger output alternator.
making new mounts is not a problem or moving it about.
looking forward to your suggestions.

is the 1 you got on now a 50a or 70a ???

i hear you can make a transit alternator fit but not tryed it

ive got front & rear winch's & 2 batterys running on a 70a vit alternator without any problems

mine is a 99-2000 model so i am assuming it is a later 70amp one, but have not actualy looked at it closely.
but iy you have your set up running ok with one i guess mine will be ok as well.
