vit engine
Hi guys! I recently scraped my vit. But Wat another one. Problem is I want more powere than the 1.6 any ideas? Cheers

could try a 1.6 16v vitty engine or try and get a vauxhall redtop engine in

Thanks mate would love too as a Vauxhall enthusiasts I do have a cavalier 1.8 sohc engine coming out of my corsa to make way for a 2 litre 8 v. Lol. Cuz I don't want anything too gnarly but at the same time not weezy. Plus can't be parsed wit to much wireing lol

It's also possible to fit a j20a out of a gv2000 with a modded 1.6 flywheel and new engine mounts, I think I read somewhere you can just use the 2.0 flywheel as well as it fits the 1.6 bell housing, yes the j20a bolts straight up to the vit gearbox! As does the j23a but we didn't get that here I don't think that's what I want to fit in mine when the 1.6 is dead.
