Help fitting SU carb

Got it out of the box & couldn't work out
How to I bolt an air filter on, was thing about a flat one rather than the stock airbox can it bolt straight on the the carb?
How do you connect the throttle is the bracket part of he carb or do you need to make one

Or fit a K&N filter, you can get them from most classic mini parts websites

Yes that's the type of filter that I want can you point me in the right direction to buying one do they fit al mini's?
Once I have that do i just need to give Rockwatt the size & then he can make the part so it will fit the carb?

Just wondering when you said you took it out of the box,did you buy it new?

Awesome thanks, that set up looks like it will save some ££ on a new air box.
