I got a new toy

Post by dan_2k_uk » Sun May 20, 2012 11:17 pm

Cant talk about this anywhere else as I'm saving the surprise for a few mates when I pull it out of Trotters van at some downhill trails later this week.

So as facebook was off limits and I wanted to show off here it is.

On with the "you could buy 5 SJ's for that" talk  I actually paid a little more to have him remove it from ebay for me.

We ride all over the place mate.

Few local places are Westwoods and Badbury Clump.

Then Swinley forest isn't too far away.

We travel about a bit as well, really like North Wales (Llandegla is amazing), Afan, Cannock Chase, FOD, Recently been to Scotland for 4 days Glentress and Innerleithen blew out minds! Already booked time off to go again in September.

Once a year we go stay a week in Morzine in the Alps and ride Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, and Chatel (Highly recommended!!!)

That's why I've bought it as we are off in 5 weeks and my 140mm trail bike struggled to keep up a little last year.

Here's the rest of the collection

Felt Compulsion 2 SE

2006 24" DMR Rhythm

No longer own this Felt Brink 24" BMX but its still about if I wanna go play on it

I say go for it and keep the Norco as well! More bikes the better!

Looks like the bottom of the slopestyle track in Chatel. Looked at it from the lift and went the other way!! Fairplay to him!

Yeah ur welcome to the dmr. U know of anything over ur way? Box woods is a bit pathetic but could still have a play there. DH bike would defo be overkill tho!

Yeah those pics are from the Alps somewhere!

There used to be a sick byway called pipehouse lane, impossible in a 4x4 but it made a sick DH track, it's been graded now though so It's not that great, there's loads of tracks out in brizzle. I'll have a chat to Andy, he'll know all the good tracks around here I'm sure!
