What NEEDS to be undone to remove the passenger side half shaft from the front axle? I dont have a Haynes or workshop manual yet so dont want to be undoing everything in site if I dont have to :)

Depends if you have Spanish or Jap birfields as Spanish are bigger than Jap so don't fit through the knuckle.

Either way

Remove wheel
Remove freewheeling hub outer cover or drive flange
Remove circlip from the end of the birfield
Remove caliper and disc
Undo the 4bolts behind the hub with a spanner and pull off stub axle
At this point if its a Jap birf it'll fit through the hole in the end of the knuckle.

If its a Spanish birfield then it won't so....

remove the knuckle seal bolts
Remove top and bottom kinpins making note of which one is top and which one is bottom and make sure you keep all the shims on each.
Remove knuckle (should be able to do this without disconnecting the tie rod)
Remove Birf and shaft.

Rebuild in reverse order

Think that's everything.
