Grill and wings

Post by chrisj410 » Sun Jan 01, 2012 4:21 pm

Was looking into taking the grill off but leaving the wings still in place this morning is it relatively easy to do?
If so I'll cut a smidgen out of the grill and lower it onto the winch. If it's a pain in the arse I'll just get the grinder out and make my own grill
Cheers

Is it a 410 or 413? The 413 plastic slat grill comes out dead easy with 5 pozi drive screws from the front, although the metal runners are still in place you would have enough access to get a grinder or hacksaw in. with the 410 grill I don't know!

aint there like some small screws on the tops of each wing ? , like the sj413 i think , plus if you do have them screw start them off witha chissel and chip around the screw and then then try and undo them otherwise you will snap you head off the screwdriver ;)
