My brother and I are planning on seeing the new year in with a pay and play day at robin hoods bay off road site, north yorkshire. I know there aren't many of you up this way, but I'm sending out an open invite for anyone willing and able to attend. It's normal site rules and £25/veh.

Hi, I like the idea of the Vauxhall 1.5 turbo diesel engine you have fitted, as you must get good MPG and a better performance. What model did it come from? I think these engines could be obtained easily and cheaply for a more viable alternative to my 413 Samurai engine that does 38 mpg on a run, but probably less around town. Was the replacement difficult, and did it fit in without modifications?
