Anyone good with computers (email)

Post by Henry » Wed Sep 28, 2011 7:02 pm

So ive just bought and set up a new email for my new company.

Set it all up in outlook 2010.
I can send emails, but have tried sending emails back to the account, and they say that they are sent on my other email account, my dads mums etc but dont seem to be
Tried refreshing the "send and receive" but nothing :( coming up in my inbox.

Any suggestions?

Hi Henry,

it sounds like your mx record isn't configured.
did you buy a domain name? i.e. suzukiclubuk.co.uk

If so, where did you buy the name from? the mx record basically tells other email servers the address of your email server
