having spent most of sunday night / monday morning in A&E having a microscopic piece of metal from the grinder that managed to fly round my safety specs removed from my left eye.

Then returning monday daytime after 4 hours sleep to have the ring of rust it had left behind scraped off my retina with a needle I would highly reccomend wearing goggles instead of glasses when doing sustained ammounts of grinding.

Not very fun at all!

......I had better start wearing something when I'm grinding then. I use that thing a LOT and most times I'm not even wearing my normal glasses.
