Ouch, well last night i went for a ride at newport skatepark on me little BMX and only went and tore my ACL in my left knee! yay a trip to hospital and then I didn't get home until 2AM this morn! looks like i'm going to be out of action for a good few weeks, what a bummer!

Yep It F***ing hurts to say the least! luckily tho its looking like i've just badly pulled it as i'm sort of hobbling about at the moment when my mate did the same thing and he couldn't walk for about 3 weeks! i'm sure i'll be back in action soon as i even managed to drive a car last night with not much pain involved! my leg still won't bend or straighten properly tho
