i have tow bar and some wheels to be fitted.

i need a new hood, or as ide prefer to do, make something for the back and make a removable hard top...

other issue i have with it at the minute is it needs 2 door handels and and its very hard to put into 2wd. 4h and 4l are nice and smooth, but 2wd is a little hard to select

Just the usual rust patches then  doesn't look too bad to repair though!

put some fresh oil in the tbox and it should help free it up after a little run.

there is a drain bolt on the bottom, it will either be a square drive recessed bolt or a hex head bolt with a little gaurd in front of it,

to fill it up refit the drain bolt and then from inside, remove the 4 posi drive screws which hold the gater and metal window down (around the 2 box gear stick) then when its lifted there is a fill point on the top of the t box if i can remember rightly, (i suppose you could always fill up through the gearstick opening anyway) there is also another point on the side of the t box which is a 'fill level' If you know how much you are putting in you don't need to use it but if your guessing just remove it and fill until the oil starts running out of the oriface,

I think the capacity is here on the site somewhere (found it Transfer Box 1.4 Pints 0.8litres), I used ep90,

It looks like you have a decent sj there, They all rust in those place but I'm sure its mostly superficial, It would look 100 times better with a new canvas on it, keep up with the pictures there is nothing better than a good project,

Luke
