hi there.
you can replace it with a vitara pas steering box but takes a bit of modding..
or just use an sj410 steering box?

I think they are pretty simple so i would just take it off, strip it down and clean it all up, it's probably just leaked all it's oil and seized up.

hi guys..

i took it off yesterday and strip it off, found out tiny little ball bearing fall out and the gear very rusty..try put WD-40 but the gear wont move...
thnk i need to change it but as you can see here at my place (brunei) searching for SJ part is slightly difficult, try to search for it anyway, wish me luck guy hehe..

if the bearings have come out you will have trouble, i once set about rebuilding a steering box, but I couldnt get the seal for the input, it also needed a special tool to remove it, all the bearings are standard items so if the seal isn't shot and you can get the old seal out i can't see why you can't rebuild it,
