Hi,
I have a petrol 54 reg GV soft top, 78000 miles, great condition which I would love to keep running. However, the VED is getting ridiculous, especially as I have another car and only do 1000 to 2000 miles a year in the GV.
Does anyone know if it is possible to change my engine to be less polluting and pay less road tax?
