Hi.
Steve here. I live in Lincoln and I have recently bought a 2007 Grand Vitara 2 litre petrol (thirsty).
It's done 77,000 miles and I already love it. There's quite a few niggly faults and I have already replaced the centre and rear sections of the exhaust, got the buttons on the key working and put the original head unit back in replacing the nasty, blingy thing that was there.
Now i might get punched for this but i'm more familiar with classic Land Rovers and have been restoring my 1978 series 3 for years. If anyone is interested here's my thread from the landy forum https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/ ... ld.292955/
I will try to post a photo. Only got one and it shows my son inspecting my work while replacing the exhaust.
I'm looking forward to pestering you all with loads of daft questions so thanks in advance for your knowledge and patience.
