Morning.
I've had my 2017 Vitara just over a week and have filled her up twice. Is this normal??
She is a 1.6.
I've come from a very old Fiesta who needed filling once a week. Clearly ive been spoiled!

Re: Fuel economy
That all depends on how many miles you’ve done and what kind of driving.
Don’t know what spec the fiesta was or the full spec of your vitara but it’s highly unlikely its going to be as economical as the fiesta was.

Re: Fuel economy
Thank you for your reply. Ive done mainly short trips 1 seaside trip.. But have had air con on so im thinking that will drink fuel?
Re: Fuel economy
As Jordi posted - how many miles between refuels ?
I usually zero the trip meter every time I fill up so I can always do a rough mental calculation of actual mpg.
Short trips will not help mpg (depends how 'short'),Air Con use probably will not help but should not make mpg really bad.
