Hi, I am having a lot of trouble finding the date my Vitara was manufactured.
I have a 1995 Suzuki Vitara V6 2.0 Auto. She was built in Hungary. She is the only one left in Jersey now, and I can't find any info about her, as when I put her details in on Internet, they all tell me, no details car too old.
I would be grateful if anybody can help me or where I can find this information.
Thank you
Jane

Re: Suzuki Vitara 1995 Help
Not sure why you need the exact date as 1995 would suffice lol. But you can contact Suzuki UK with the vin and engine numbers. They should be able to help.
If it ticks over...leave it

What information do you need exactly?
The 2.0 V6 vitara isn't a rare model and parts are easily available for them. The engine shares a lot of parts with the later H25 and H27 V6 engines used in the grand vitara and it's an Aisin 03-72LE (GM M41) gearbox mated to the same transfer box as used in most 4 cylinder petrol and V6 vitaras and grand vitaras up to 2005 (except the 98-05 2.0 manual GV). Pretty much all of the drivetrain has parts also used in other vitaras so it wont be hard to find parts.
