New member from Somerset
Hi everyone,
My name is Ben and I live near Taunton in Somerset.
I have already asked lots of questions and had lots of help so I am very happy to have joined this forum!
I bought my 1991 SJ413 Samurai about 3 months ago. After losing my best friend in a car crash I decided I wanted to get rid of my fast(ish) car and get something a bit slower but still fun... Step up my SJ! I loved it from day one! It's so much fun even if it can only do 70mph!
It was standard when I bought it exept for the 235/75/15 General Grabber tyres! I have put a bit of 'chequer plate' on it, LA Supertrux winch bumper, and poly bushes and I have all the bits ready to do an SPOA lift! I have also put Landrover rear lights in the tailgate and made a heavy duty rear bumper!
I seem to have spent quite a bit already so any more mods will happen as and when I have the spare money/time!
I like to do 99% of the work myself and I love to fabricate so I think I will have some fun with this project! I will post some pics as soon as I get my arse into gear and take some!
Nice to meet you all!
Ben

Tuesday 17th at 7.30... Does everyone jus meet up in the car park? I'm not too keen on the idea of going into the pub and trying to identify possible SJ owners! LOL! If I parked up will it be obvious what's going on?

the pub meet is for people that go tagging, its not just zuks, there are a mixture of trucks. this is the first meet we have done, so its new to everyone. as i said,,, go to the tag event, you dont have to enter, and meet a few peps there.. the organisers are steve, chris or terry.carnut wrote:ben,,
