Jimny replacement soft top

Post by TyZuk » Thu Mar 15, 2018 4:35 pm

Hi there, would anyone be able to recommend where to/what type of soft top buy??
I currently have the Mk1 version, however some of the clips have snapped off.
I have had some people tell me the Mk2 is the better one. I know you can but the Mk1 > Mk2 conversion kit with the studs. How are they attached?
Want to be buying it within the next few weeks when the weather starts to turn.
Cheers

Monsoon do them, not cheap. Think I swapped over to mk2 roof and the kit isn’t hard to install
Sid James gone but never forgotten
Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good

Yeah the price is fine (benefits of being 19, still living with parents, working full time) :smokin: hahaha but yeah cheers mate, think I’ll just go for it. If I have any issue putting it on I’ll jump back on here. Cheers

Go steady with some, as they don't fit very well.

Chap at my work got a replacement roof, and it fitting like a crisp packet, rattling really badly.

I'm just nursing mine on, it's cable tied and glued haha
