Woke up this morning expecting to have to swolow tons of pain killers... And no not much pain from the toe, happy with that. So hopefully recovery won't take too long

Rick you know what it's like when you in a rush, you never seem to put the brake on properly. As for damage, the trainers I was wearing haven't got a mark on them
