Fuel pipes help.

Post by Builtnotbought » Mon Nov 07, 2016 4:25 pm

Hi All,

So I have fitted my new tank and am stumped by the little 1/4 inch pipe coming off of the filler spout (inside the back of the truck). I don't know what it does, where it goes, or if I need it.

help me please.

Cheers

Al

That's the breather outlet, connect some tubing and run down to exit behind the rear bumper.

You leg-end.

Tis funny that you have that image and yet the one the dealer sent me today was wrong.

If you give them your VIN and reg number, they'll supply the 100% correct part, assuming of course your vehicle hasn't been modded in the past 20-30 years! :D
