Apparently they are quite good, coil sprung so pretty comfy.
I guess they are becoming a bit of a collectors item now

Comfy Twiss?
Quote from the seller:
'It is road legal and can be driven home however they are not much fun on a long journey and there is no radio. It tops out about 70 They are agricultural to drive, great fun, there's just something about them.
I often take this instead of my BMW however I would think any more than a 100 miles on the road would become a chore'.

Lot of work went into it, saw a build thread somewhere, can't remember where.
Can't be any les comfy than my old SJ and I would rather take that out than the piece of crap seat we got now

Rare, potentially well restored, supposed to be very good off road too.
Possibly a bargain, i'd love one, even one of the new ones.

Awesome motors.......I'm sure there's people out there who don't think a nicely built or tidy standard Sj is worth that sort of money either.

I'd prefer Ju's old Panda over a Lada

Well, I went away, 'viewed a bunch of YT vids, and putting aside my 'Japanese tech rules' blinkers,
I'm coming around to respecting them a bit more now!

My mum had one when I was growing up, so many summers were spent peeling myself off of the plastic seats...
They're comfy compared to an SJ. Especially offroad - my mate Tony (aka "Mad Lada Tony") has 2 of them now and while the independant front suspension isn't great for clearance, the things do ride lovely offroad.
Try doing 20 through a field in an SJ, then do 30 through the same field in a Niva, and you'll see what we mean.
