Tyres???

Post by ForrestHarris » Tue Sep 13, 2016 10:39 am

So I've got a set of general grabbers m/t on my SJ at the moment,
But I am fed up with the ridiculously load road notice these give off,

Just wondering whether any one has used the new bf Goodrich ta ko2 all terrain tyres? Would like a little info before I spend £600 on a set of tyres :)

Cheers,
Forrest

I haven't tried the BFs but I really recommend the kumho kl71s
Fantastic tyre, good in mud, hardly any road noise. Usually £15-25 cheaper each depending on size

Fit a Cherry Bomb and enjoy that noise instead.
If it ticks over...leave it

Cheers will have a look at the kumho's,
It's running a 2.0ltr v6 at the moment with a custom manifold and splitter, with a turbo mufler, but I can still hear the road noise over the engine :(

Unfortunately I don't have a stereo system yet, hopefully in the next couple of months I will get one
