Replace Power Steering Fluid

Guys,
On my G13bb Jimny (same engine as the Samurai's) my power steering pump is making quite a noise when starting first thing.
I've noticed that the fluid isn't fresh and is quite jelliefied, is there any easy way of flushing the system through, ie removing the fluid and filling back up, or even a 50/50 fresh mix just to try and break it down a little?
