I'm glad it didn't. Still got no MOT.
Only got a few bits to do but it never seems to stop raining.

I'll be honest, today is the first 'wintery' day we've had, there's some ice on the paths and I've seen people de-icing their windscreens, not bad really! It's been mild so far. Working at a power station, this mild weather is really effecting our running, usually January time we run flat out, but at the moment were generally just running for the teatime peak then coming off again.
As for the photo competition, I was disappointed with my entry as half my fairy lights didn't work, I wanted to do the whole side of he truck, but you make do with what you have! But, I'm more disappointed with the turn out, I thought we would have lots more entries! Oh well, maybe we would have more success running it on Facebook, as there isn't as much traffic on the forum since social media started taking over - but then again running it on FB would draw the regular users away,

Well it was a little exciting when it started snowing on Saturday night, but by yesterday afternoon it had all but melted, it's probably the most we will get this year so you have to make the most of it and get out. it's a shame it didn't hang around a little longer, or we could have got the sledges out which is always a highlight! Unfortunatly we didn't get a good frost to harden it up before it went, my sledge is an old fashioned one with conduit runners, so it doesn't go well on the wet stuff,
