Hello my name is Liam I live in South Wales I'm new to the 4x4 scene and wouldn't mind meeting some people to go and enjoy the green lanes with I've bought a vitara 1.6 it has the wideboy wheels and arches I'm looking for some tips on modifying it for green laning thanks

Welcome to the forum, the Vitara is a capable green laner, although not so sure about those fatboy wheels and tyres as they could give the old wheel bearings a very hard time and also the off road tyres would be bloody expensive i would have thought.I have a LWB Vitara albeit i dont take mine off road as much as the other folks on the forum.
But i do use mine everyday and it is very reliable old bus.

Welcome along mate.
I always used vitaras off road and love em.
As a newbie to offroading I'd get yourself a set of offroad tyres and have a little mess about as these are capible enough just on mud tyres, then look into suspension lifts etc

Any ideas what size tyres I could fit under the arches of a standard height vitara? I was thinking about getting 16" wheels
