Hi,ive just fitted avm manual hubs to my jimny,i wondered if I have done it right,i took the original black case off, then put the gasket on,then bolted black back plate with new bolts and washers[that were in pack]on,then screwed outer silver bit with switch on,does that sound right or have I missed something, and does anyone know or even better show me a picture of how I plug vacuum hoses please.

Sounds about right. I fitted aisin on mine, they had to have a spacer fitted, but was basically the same thing

If i'm right in thinking, the vacuum system is redundant once you fit Manual Hubs, just block the ends of the vacuum system off with a nail, this will make the 4WD light stay on and not flash.

Thanks for the info, the slight problem I have is one of the hoses was sheared off where the rubber piece joins to a really rusty piece and is a right mess,so do I just try and plug every hole I can find?

I'll be honest, I haven't looked to see how they work on mine, but I know they're there as it's 100% standard complete with Rust!
The Hoses from the hubs need nothing changing, but you will need to make a mod from the vacuum tank
I think you need to loop the pipe on the chassis on the rear of the drivers side trailing arm loop it back to its self
and the same in each hub at the top by the king pin, then plug with a thick nail/screw

Okie cokie, just down from the battery there are 2 small rubber hoses, ive blocked them off with a screw in each of them then some sealant over the top to make sure and hey presto when I engage 4 wheel drive, constant green light.

The vacuum actuator was hanging off mine so I removed them and used the T-piece to connect the remaining lines together. I then just blocked off the pipe from the manifold. I cut off the vacuum sensor and connected the wires together:
