Another new problem and another new thread.

I now have the tickover issue sorted but the engine has now developed another problem. Looks like the head gaskets gone. It's loosing water from the back of the engine below the distibrutor. I don't think there's anything in this area water related other than the head gasket. Also have some Mayo inside oil filler cap. Anyone know of any good step by step write ups for instaling new head gasket?
