Wipers

Hi all sorry for all these wiring question n being a pain lol av sorted all the rest of my rlectrics out on the sj am on my last thing to do n am stuck soo any helps a bonus , its these wipers av got the squrters to work so just the motor the vitara loom plugs stright into the motor plug i have power in and out the plug , and power to the 1 of the three wires soloured on the outside of the wiper motor , is it just the case of swapping wires round in the plug or is my motor nackered , any ideas , thanks
