Hey guys finally dropped the engine onto the chassis to see what id need to do to get it to fit.

who says disabled hoists dont have more than one use haha:



put the old 1ltr mounts back on and now need to make some plates to fit, im lost as to which bolt holes are actually the orginal 1.3 engine mounts?




anyone able to help?

Passenger side mounts to those 4 bolt holes and the drive side only has 3 bolts, will get you a pic tomorrow. The common approach is to just cut the 1.3 mounts off a 413/samurai chassis and then weld those to the 410 chassis.

Ah that would be a better approach, going to a breakers tomorrow and will see if he as any of the mounts around. If not ill get the engine side mounts and make something up, or try.
