Hi sorry if I sound like an idiot but how do I remove the fuel pressure calve from the throttle body on a 1.6 8V injection Vitara. I have undone the screw bolts and it moves but it won't come out . Thank you .
If any 8V injection owners get a missfire and nothing happens when HT lead is removed from the second cylinder , I had this on two engines . I found out it was the inlet manifold gasket .

Sorted the fuel pressure and we have power again . Changed the EGR but can't get a gasket . Does anyone know where I can get one in the UK or is gasket sealant ok ? . Has anyone blanked off the egr ? And is it ok to do so ? . Thank you .

Sealant should be OK. Surprised you can't get a gasket. Try Pebley Beach (google them, good lads)

I guess Mr Suzuki put it there for a reason...not sure what will happen if you block it. I'd get a gasket or make one (and use sealant) and put it back.
