Very heavy steering

My sj recently took a hit to the front and now the steering is very very heavy, the track rods and steering arm all look okay, does anyone know what it could be?

Could be a bent component in a steering box. Have you physicly taken the steering arm off and inspected?

check the steering damper isnt bent /
