Window wiper motor switch

Hi all i have a suzuki sj and have no life to the window wiper motor whats the best way of wiring it upto a flick switch as the washer has already been done onto a two way switch so wanted to wire the motor to the other terminal i have the wiring diagram for the existing switch but cant make heads or tails of what i need to connect to make them work

It's not easy to use a standard switch to operate the wipers, well not if you want the blades to self park when you switch them off.
If the switch/stalk is knackered I would try and get a used one from somebody on here.

Im not to fussed where they park as its mainly used off road but without wipers she cant go anywhere as we all no the english weather aint the best lol

In that case this would do.
If your switch is already a on/off/on and one side is doing the washers just connect the other to either high or low.
For the price of a switch I would go for both speeds
