Re: MOT
sounds like a bit of a harsh tester in my opinion, my washer bottle just trickled out a little splatter on my windscreen and he said they work, so not sure what to suggest about that? maybe re do the washer pipes to come straight onto the wiper blades that some people do, if hes not happy with the jets? but if you think they work just fine go to a different test station!

Re: MOT
Yep sounds harsh.
My washers were poor, but giving the bottle and the pick up pipe a good clean sorted it out.
Indicators often flash fast when a bulb is out, but that can't be the case or it would be another fail.
Have you changed any of the bulbs to LED ones? I had an issue with flashing speed when I did, but just changing the flasher relay to an LED suitable one sorted it out.
Good luck.

Re the indicators, Check the bulbs and make sure they are the correct wattage, you can get different wattage bulbs for different applications, if they are too low a wattage they will flash too quick, what are the wattages? I don't know, I'd have thought Darrell might know, he's the resident SCUK librarian
