Just a quick bump and an update

Boxgrove pay and play very successful... still fixing bits on my two mates vitaras though haha

Good testing session though, but MOT is coming up in 3 months so time to think about what to do!
... and other bits too

My list so far:

- Replace rear axle oil seals (arriving tomorrow)... mostly holding but i have to keep refilling the diff haha

- Convert to rear discs... got all the bits, apart from the 2 brake hoses, so will crack on with that tomorrow.... always have to replace rear brakes for MOT and getting fed up with it!

- Fit new window to fastback... not really necessary but the weather will be nice again soon haha

- Make, fit and tune EFI... I have all the engine parts required except for fuel pump+filter, and engine trigger wheel and sensor... ordering my megasquirt this month for sure :)
Might run twin coil packs to I dont have to shell out for coil on plug straight away
I always have to tune my emissions on the tester but I don't like the way it drives afterwards so adjust it back again ;)

- Make wheel arch extensions

- Replace dash with tablet... speedo doesn't work and the MOT man was funny about it last year :P

Im just going to get the shortest brake hoses I can find... as they dont really need to move, just connect the pipe to the caliper ;)

I just run full length braided flexi's from the T-piece to the calipers.

Just a quick update on my zook:

As I've just snapped my brake drum center in half and won't be coming to billing I've decided to do a virtual lift to make good use of the time!
Chopped out my passenger side rear arch today, going to do the welding tomorrow and will post some pictures up! Considering how rubbish it looks from the inside there's not actually a load of rust underneath the arch mount, so should be quite easy

So virtual lift update, its slow going with my bad knee and limited finances but its getting there!

I started off my cutting out the rust near the seat belt that I knew Mr MOT man would pick up on

Proper fit with the trimmed down arch... not bolted up yet so the extension material isn't following the curve properly, or sticking out enough, but you get the idea ;)
