Well, one of the beadlocks had a pin hole in so had to re seal that.
Fitted the new transfer box mount, welded the spine in too.
Fitted the twin in sticks, had to bend the tunnel a bit, and bend the leavers, need to tidy that up still.
But I drive it and fuck me is the gearing low. 6.5 box and 5.1 diffs, even on 37's it's super low.
Flexed it up to find that it's not going to be todo bad, I expected it to hit everywhere but doesn't seem too. Sils, rockslides and front wings, rear quarter where the original bumper caps would go all need the chop.
So that's next, chop it, repair some other bits, freespool, compressor, rear winch, twin alternators, new cage.
Lots to do

Full lock a bit of an issue at the moment then.

That's pics full flex. Just need to trim it to fit where it is in that picture.
On flex you loose steering lock as the steering changes. Look at the wheel the other side.

Wider than quite a lot of them are tall. Ha ha.
The bigger tyres should roll over obstacles better when winching and maybe take some strain off the springs anyway.

Looks damn good mike! So when do you start chopping?
I can still get full lock at maximum articulation and I haven't limited my steering lock as the narrower 410 spring spacing gives you more clearance. The only part of the steering that can alter during flex is the angle of the drag link. That should not limit your steering during articulation though as you can lock out the steering at the knuckles before running out of movement at the steering box.
Technically with the passenger side at full bump it should be easier to get full lock because the drag link is at a shallower angle and therefore slightly longer on a horizontal plane.
