Looks to me like a engine mount to chassis bolt, 14mm spanner, I think its a fine threaded m10, but im probably wrong.

Technically your incorrect anyway, it's a setscrew with washer and spring washer but I'd like to know where it's from

It's not an engine mount to chassis bolt, but your right with the sizing, m10 fine (m10x1.25)

Stub axle bolt however I don't think they have the large washer?
Trying to think where else that size is used.
The little brace under the gearbox?

I seem to remember the radiator bracket bolts being large for no real reason.
I really recognise the little taper on the end but can't put my finger on the exact location.
