I can't really put smaller wheels or tires on my zuk cause of my wide arches, I may be lookin for sammy axles in the future as I plan to go 1.6 but only buying a few bits each time I get paid so that I can slowly get to do the conversion, but for now ill be running the 410 engine and 5 speed box as soon as I get it off Scottie, had a little problem on the way to Wales as she started overheating but I tweaked the carb and topped up the water and she was good to go again, one I have header tank then that should solve it then..
so on the list of bits I need for when I fit the 5 speed:
new clutch kit
bottom end gasket set
then it's all 5 speed fom there!

got two more stickers coming plus a SCUK sticker to go on the inside of the windscreen when scottie gets back to me..
got my 5 speed gearbox and a few other bits thanks to scottie, got a new clutch and new gasket and oil seal set for the engine so i can do the lot in one go...
the zuk drives really sweet now, no wobbles or loud noises, really smooth now..

On my Samurai 31s with all standard transmission was painful. 19MPG on average, no power, slow as slow can be.
Fitted the lobster and it was a super improvement. Seems really good with the 1.6, lobster and 33s. When i fit the 413 diffs it should be about right for my requirements.
As tyre size goes up you need to gear down. The little SJ engines just dont have the power for bigger tyres.

Should have an update in the next few weeks!
Got lots of bits laying around just need to get round to doing them..
I've got:
Caliper rebuild kit
Full engine seal/gasket set
3mm ply to do the headliner and side panels
Got a red SUZUKI sticker on my bullbar now and a red "haters make me famous" sticker on rear window
Also have fitted high level brake light in back window
Got a JDM style "built not bought" sticker on the way in the post..
And obviously the new clutch and 5 speed box to fit..
Also going to do water pump and cam belt while doing the seals, never know what the previous owner done to it so always good to be sure it's been done, previous owner dogged it, so now I'm looking after it, even starting a wallet for it with a SJ410 geniune suzuki manual to go with the service book and all the receipts
..

haha i only put the stickers on there cause i noticed someone started a sticker thread somewhere lol
high level brake light is just so the blind people behind me can see im slowing down instead of sitting on my arse all the time, does my nut in! lol
and racing stripes add 100hp you know! hahaha!! makes me laugh when people put them on corsa's and silly little cars like that..
im hoping to do my headliner this weekend, just need to get some glue so i can glue my matting onto it when the ply is in..
