no shock mounts on spring plates? hmmm ok...

problem solved!
another problem was the locating pin on the new springs was too tall to fit on my axle perches.
a bit of a pain but ground them down so they fitted nicely

if in doubt, FLAT OUT!

all sorted now!
well sort of, its now sat on YJ springs with a trail tough YJ conversion kit with missing link front shackles. all i need now is longer brake lines and shocks to get full articulation out of them

Tidy, looks like the front axle has moved forward a fair bit.
I'll fit my YJs soon enough, preferably before the current springs die so I can use them on the KJA

yea the front axle has moved forward a fair bit still need to check if i need prop spacers etc..
i also seem to have aquired this in the midst of my spring swop

Jimny has a few issues that need ironing out, death wobble for one plus needs a clutch so will have to spend some spanner time on it, but nothing major.
