Well done!
Brakes?
I would describe mine as 'progressive' a slow reduction of speed followed by a trailing fade!
Nice to see all green on the Gov website

So I've started my rear disc swap.
I bought a ebay disc conversion kit that just came with the caliper mount and backing plate for disc. I had the rear calipers of my old primera and thought I'd try make them fit instead so I would have a working handbrake.
To get them close I had to weld up the old holes in mount and bring then closer in to axle for a better position on the disc. Also had to machine (grinder job) the carriers down to fit between the disc and the mount.
Only done one side so far. Will still need to modify the handbrake cable mount to suit. Also still waiting on my wheel studs, and I'm going to need to order some new banjo and slider bolts.

Be a brilliant handbrake that once it's together. Good effort with the fabrication

Nice work, itβs deffo handy being able to use something you had lying around!
The GV master cylinder and servos arenβt that hard to fit, can get them in 15/16β and 1β so a good size upgrade. Just make sure to get one out of a GV with ABS so the MC only has 2 outlets to make it a bit easier.

Well I had to make some changes

drilled holes to far in then damaged a carrier trying to make it fit. So had to reweld the holes and order some new carriers.
But both retaining plates/carrier mounts are now painted and fitted. And I'm going to take the new carriers to a machine shop to get 4mm taken off of them.

Then it's the axle flexi to change and bias to fit
