Those shackles are quite vertical... it will probably make the ride quite bumpy
otherwise looking good

CHeers dude, the shackles also caught me too, i cant see why they are so straight? im thinking they might sag after the weight of the sj has been sitting on it for a while.

On a side note ive just bought a very original but very rotten LWB sammy not sure whats happening with it yet, might make a thread if i decide to repair it, apart from the obvious its never been offroaded (by the looks of it), starts and runs perfect, has original hard top etc.

Got a little bit more done, just odds and sods.

led indicators fitted to bumper





got some offcuts of chequer plate off the scrapman last week and made a little guard for the front end, not sure if i like it yet.



also fixed the bit of rot on the bonnet, just need to skim over it and prep it for painting.







finally got my roofrack mounted back on and fitted my alloys with 31's

So after more than 2 years ive got some more bits and bobs sorted out.

Doorcards are now wrapped in a camo type material.



Now has servo brakes.



Alternator re positioned and new adjuster made.







Glowplug relay fitted and light added to dash.
