Went on a sound deadening mission today..going to North Wales next weekend and a 4 hour drive is a bit of a nightmare when it's so loud ..cut out some rubber mats for the cab, covered the transmission tunnel and floors to reduce transmission noise.

And to reduce in cab exhaust noise I utilised and old tin top door I had lying around. 5 bolts and it pops out for off-roading. Not 100% finished yet, gonna fill all the holes that have no use and paint it to match.

Was off work today and bored so I thought I'd read this thread, all of it! :D

Was like a really good book - well worth reading, easy to underestimate the amount of work (and thought) gone into this, very impressive chap well done :salute:

Your first workshop reminds me of my old one, quite cosy with a 4X4 in there I imagine :weld:

 Cheers

One day I must try to go back through and fix all the broken picture links

She's still going strong, only on 31s at the moment though as I need to get one of my 33s repaired.

Haven't had a chance to really properly get out much in it recently.....just been out on a few local lanes here and there, I usually give it a quick clean if it's caked anyway as it's my daily drive.....gets a bit hard to keep your clothes clean otherwise :hahaha:

Still looks cool with 31s tbh.. did you abandon the rear bulkhead idea or is it just you can't see it in the photos?
