It's always sad when a club member sells a zook, but this one is especially sad! It's a very fine example of how to do a suzuki SJ right.

On the other hand, it does mean that I get to read another build thread from Scottie, and I really love builds!

Well today sucked......I lost oil pressure and now my engine is dead! Just hoping at least one of the 2 spare g16 lumps I have are good.

Yeah true that! I knew I had so many engines lying around for a reason :hahaha: and why I don't sell them! need to tear the engine down to see what's happened, wondering if the oil pump failed as it has oil in it  either that or a possible bottom end problem? Was pretty sudden!

I'm now thinking about fitting the 1.6 16v that I bought for the Lwb??? If I did that I would probably sell the White samurai I have and keep this one until the Lwb is done??? Bit lost with what to do really :hmm:

I forgot to update this, the new engine has been in for a few weeks now and is a little beauty,
Pulls loads better now.

The cam seized in the old head from the oil pressure loss....whoops

Then a few days later I fitted all new bearings and seals to the front axle as a knuckle seal had torn and let water in, killing the wheel and kingpin bearings on one side
